You have the option to return your order within 14 calendar days from the receipt date. Kindly note that we do not provide complimentary returns or exchanges. You can select the shipping method for returning items, but the associated costs are your responsibility, and ensuring the safe return of products is also your duty.

Please note we cannot accept returns on earrings, according to best practice hygiene standards.

Unfortunately, only individuals residing in European countries are permitted to initiate returns or exchanges for their purchases at By Mariel Jewelry.

Returned items must be undamaged and in their original state, complete with packaging, accessories, and instructions.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned products. Please be aware that the credit processing timeline is not within our control, and it may take up to 14 business days from the receipt of the items for the refund to be processed.
